My stay at The Whitley was pleasant, bolstered by a fantastic location and friendly staff. However, I found aspects needing improvement. particularly with the parking fees and dated decor in some areas. The dining experience was enjoyable, which added to the overall comfort of the visit.

My stay at The Whitley was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the service was genuinely welcoming and I felt well taken care of by the staff. However, the room I was assigned was smaller than expected and lacked some essential amenities that I typically associate with a luxury hotel experience. Overall, while there were excellent aspects, there were definitely some drawbacks that I hope the hotel addresses in the future. 😟😌
